The purpose of this website is to provide information about the products designed and assembled by W89 Technologies, together with the documentation and support needed by those who already use them. Purchases are not made on this website, but through our online shop and our Amazon store.
3. Conditions of Use

4. Warranty
All products come with a 3-year statutory warranty, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Improper use
- Tampering with the product
- Damage caused by third parties
To make a warranty claim, the user must contact W89 Technologies and provide proof of purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As no purchases are made on this website, the right of withdrawal is notified and processed at the shop where the purchase was made: our online shop or our Amazon store. The time limit, how to notify it and the refund are governed by that shop's conditions.
For informational purposes, European regulations grant consumers a minimum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from a distance purchase, without needing to justify their decision.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are handled by the shop where the purchase was made, in accordance with its conditions.
7. Manufacturer's Liability
W89 Technologies develops, assembles and tests its products in accordance with applicable European regulations (CE, RoHS, WEEE, GPSR).
However, it is not liable for:
- Installations carried out by third parties
- Unauthorized modifications
- Damage resulting from incorrect use of the product
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, designs and documentation) is owned by W89 Technologies or used under licence.
Its reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorization is prohibited.

10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the consumer's domicile.

At W89 Technologies, we develop and assemble our products in Spain, in compliance with applicable European regulations.
All our devices feature:

- Compliance with the RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU)

- Risk assessment under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR)
- Complete technical file available upon request
We assemble with full traceability and our own quality control to guarantee safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.
12. Environmental Management and Recycling
W89 Technologies complies with European waste management regulations, including:
- Registration as an EEE producer (WEEE)
- Registration as a packaging producer (RPP)
- Membership in collective extended producer responsibility schemes (SCRAP)
- WEEE marking and recycling symbols on packaging
We design and assemble our products in Vigo, Spain, applying sustainability criteria and full traceability.
